Standard
Our aim is to provide a high-quality prosthesis that is ready for seating, while also teaching the staff how to convert it so that the cost savings can be realized right away compared to other full arch processes. By delivering a beautiful prosthesis and equipping the staff with the necessary skills, we can help our clients save money while still providing excellent care to their patients.
With the use of standard tools and a basic understanding of conversion techniques, a doctor, staff member, or dental technician can quickly and easily transform the surgical pick-up into a finished prosthesis that is ready for seating in just 15 minutes.

CHROME sets the standard for efficient chairside prosthetic conversion, setting up the case for a simplified final restorative protocol

Chairside prosthesis conversion with CHROME is a straightforward process. Using standard tools and applying knowledge of simple conversion techniques, the doctor, the staff, and or a dental technician can quickly process the surgical pick-up into a lovely prosthesis ready for seating in just 15 minutes.

CHROME Provides chairside support. We have a fee for this service. Our goal is to deliver a beautiful prosthesis ready for seating, while at the same time, teach the staff to complete the conversion so the savings can be seen immediately over other full arch processes.

C2F (Conversion to Final) – Small Hole Technology
C2F Kits are now available. Why purchase a kit? Because once you have one, you can just order the C2F analogs $19/site, plus the model, and go to surgery with this kit thereafter without purchasing all the components. The hollow analogs remain in the C2F models after conversion and the C2F Kit with MUA Heads, gold screws, drills etc. are taken to the next case and so on. Just order analogs only on the next surgeries!
CHROME surgery with C2F involves delivering immediate prosthetics using 2.5mm holes, rather than the larger holes that are typically used in the industry. This smaller hole size allows for a more precise fit and improved stability of the prosthetics, potentially resulting in better clinical outcomes for the patient.

C2F means delivering immediate prosthetics during a CHROME surgery with 2.5mm holes, rather than the typical industry-standard larger holes. Small Hole Technology dramatically improves the performance of CHROME prosthetics by maintaining the principal structure of the manufactured material, preserving the ideally designed occlusion, providing an extra-oral method of equilibration, creating a master cast on the day of surgery, delivering a beautifully crafted prosthetic without resin filled holes and faked-in occlusion, and providing the patient with what appears to be a final prosthetic.

C2F is a very simple but technique sensitive process. The parts are ordered from CGS and will accompany the GuidedSMILE case. However, we highly recommend requesting our chairside service for the firsts case to teach doctor and staff the nuances of the systems. We offer training videos and a printable .pdf of the workflow. Still, an experienced tech should support you on the first case.

Smileloc No-Hole Technology

Smileloc has 8 arms – 4 inner arms that engage an abutment undercut, and 4 outer arms that engage a coping undercut that the restoration is affixed to.

Prostheses are quickly and easily removed through the targeted application of heat onto the Smileloc sleeve with the Smilekey wand. The heat activates the nitinol shape memory returning all 8 arms to a non-engaging, unlocked state.

Smileloc prostheses can easily be removed from the mouth with Smilekey. Smilekey is an induction device that emits targeted energy and activates the Smileloc’s unlocked position. This unlocked position enables easy removal of the dental prosthesis.

The Smileloc® Abutment System is the most innovative solution for full-arch restorations. Exclusively available for guided cases with ROE Dental Lab.

Smileloc is comprised of three components:

  • Titanium coping
  • Smileloc
  • Titanium abutment

The Smileloc is made from nitinol, a medical-grade alloy with unique shape-memory capabilities.

With its shape memory characteristics, Smileloc is a strong, simple, and safe option that eliminates the common complications associated with restorative solutions.
